A letter from Amy
Hello, I am Amy.
I have spent years helping women feel strong and at ease in their bodies: first on the studio floor, now in private practice here in Kenosha.

Pilates found me the way it finds most people: worn out by exercise that felt like punishment. It gave me a way of moving that finally felt sustainable. Holistic nutrition gave it roots, because strength that isn't fed doesn't keep.

I teach the way I wish I had been taught. Slowly. Precisely. One person at a time.

The way I teach
Three quiet convictions
Rooted in fundamentals
Breath, alignment, deep core work. Taught exactly, never rushed. The basics are the practice.
Personal, never templated
No generic class plan to keep up with. Every hour is built around your body, that day.
Built to last
Strength and habits designed for decades of living well, not a six-week sprint.
The practice
Quiet hours
in Kenosha.
Sessions are private. No crowds, no wall of mirrors, no one watching. An hour that belongs entirely to you, by appointment only.
Say hello
The studio
morning light, on the mat
Come meet me on the mat.
A calm place to start. Come as you are.
